Made in Photoshop and inspired by Chris Spooner’s tutorial for Matte Split Toning, but totally different. Started with a Gradient Map, then lowered its Opacity for an old plastic camera look. Next splashed in some color and fading with blotchy brushes on Layers of Multiply and Screen.
