A design with three stipulations in mind: It must include the corporate colors, it must be round, and it should be readable rightside-up and upside-down.

I’d originally thought to make a ring around the edge with text — and there’s another design with that — but having a banner across the middle stuck with me. Above, a sun in the sky, and below, a reflection in a frozen lake with snowflakes, then the “horizon” of text to attract attention to the middle.
